About RPM Allied Health

Allied health that supports movement, independence and everyday life

RPM Allied Health is a mobile allied health service delivering physiotherapy and exercise physiology across Melbourne’s western suburbs.
At RPM Allied Health, movement is used as a practical tool to improve strength, confidence and everyday function. Our clinicians work with people facing a wide range of physical and neurological challenges, supporting them to build capacity in ways that are meaningful in daily life.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, our approach centres on helping people move more confidently, participate more fully and maintain independence over time.

Services

How we support your goals

RPM Allied Health clinicians provide physiotherapy and exercise physiology to support rehabilitation, movement and long-term physical health.
Benefits

How movement supports everyday life

Movement does more than build strength. It regulates your nervous system, sharpens your awareness of what your body can do, and opens pathways to the activities and people that matter most. When you move well, you live well.

Mental Wellbeing

Structured movement can support mood, reduce stress and help build confidence and routine.

Self-Regulation & Awareness

Improving coordination, balance and body awareness can help people feel more in control of how they move.

Everyday Function

Strength and mobility support tasks such as climbing stairs, standing from a chair, and reaching overhead.

Participation & Quality of Life

Greater physical capacity can lead to more community participation, social connection and independence.
