Esra Karaman

Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and Exercise Scientist (AES)

Esra is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over five years of experience helping people improve their health, function, and quality of life through evidence-based exercise. She has a special interest in neurological rehabilitation, supporting individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, dementia, multiple sclerosis (MS), and stroke to maintain independence, improve function, and achieve meaningful health outcomes.
She is also passionate about healthy ageing, with clinical interests in osteoporosis management, falls prevention, and helping older adults build muscle mass, strength, and confidence through tailored exercise programs. Taking a caring, holistic, and client-centred approach, she works closely with each individual to understand their goals and develop practical, sustainable strategies that support long term wellbeing.
Outside of work, Esra enjoys weightlifting at the gym, spending time with her dog, and a bit of retail therapy. She also loves creative hobbies, including scrapbooking, and is currently learning to play the piano.
